Returns Policy

  • All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of product delivery.
  • Made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • All returned items must be new, unused, and in their original condition.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the brand tag or plastic seal is removed.
  • Pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you will need to return the shipment to our address manually.
  • Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area.
  • Issues related to quality or quantity must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • COD/Express shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Returns are not available for international shipments.
  • A ₹100 INR logistics charge will be deducted as part of the refund process.
Please note: All packaging materials (wooden boxes, brown boxes, gift wraps) are provided as part of the delivery process and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

  1. Raise a return request at our portal with a clear photo or video showing the brand tag and plastic seal intact.
  2. Once approved, your order will be picked up within 4-5 working days.
  3. The refund process begins after the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse.
  4. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear in your original form of payment.

Eligibility for Refund

  • Items must be returned with all tags attached.
  • The product must be unworn, unused, and unwashed, in the exact condition received.
  • Gift cards and store credit remain valid for a lifetime but are non-refundable/non-transferable to bank accounts.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be new, unused, in original condition with tags/packaging intact.
  • Exchanges are not accepted if the brand tag or plastic seal is removed.
  • Reverse pickup will be attempted twice; upon failure, the customer must ship the item back.
  • Quality/quantity issues must be reported within 24 hours.
  • Exchanges are not available for international orders.
  • Exchange Refusals: If you refuse an exchange after it has been shipped, a deduction of ₹200 INR will be made from your refund.
Price Difference: If you exchange for a lower-value item, no refund will be issued for the remaining amount. We recommend opting for a Return instead and choosing a Gift Card as your refund mode to use the leftover value later.

Cancellations

  • Standard Orders: Cannot be canceled once shipped. If shipped, you may return it per the return policy.
  • Refusals: Refusing to accept delivery is considered a return and will be processed under the return policy (logistics fees may apply).
  • Pre-orders: Cancellations are allowed only within the first 24 hours of ordering.
