Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your order quickly and safely. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Processing: 1-2 business days

Express Processing: Same day (orders placed before 12 PM)

Please note that processing times do not include shipping time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the order date. Delivery times are subject to delays beyond our control.

Signature Required: Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.

Safe Place Delivery: You can specify a safe place for delivery during checkout if you won't be home.

We ship to select countries worldwide. International shipping times vary by destination:

International Standard: 10-15 business days

International Express: 5-7 business days

Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using this number on our website or the carrier's website.

Tracking Updates: Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

We currently do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We are unable to ship to certain remote locations. If your area is not serviceable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution or refund.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
